My vehicle was And recovered. I contacted Outsurance claims department on the 6th November, spoke to Teddy. On Friday he called late afternoon to say the vehicle was written off. He requires the settlement letter and certificate of registration and this was sent early afternoon Wednesday 13th November. I then received an email from Teddy confirming that he has received authorisation for the claim and he requires payment details. I manage to speak that evening to Teddy and I thanked him for putting us 1st but I was wrong as he was only trained to put Outsurance 1st as clients are only there for their premiums and nothing more, while we were talking about where the authorised claim should paid, I asked teddy to confirm the amount and discovered that there was a shortfall amount that Outsurance was not going to pay and Teddy said it's the Banks interest on the vehicle which was not true, then he said it was the depreciation of the vehicle, clearly Teddy did not know what he was saying and we argued as I said this is a
contradiction as your email confirmed claim was authorised. I requested for a manager to call me, it is Saturday and I am still waiting for Cameron the manager.
