While waiting at the RCS counter at game in westgate, no less than 11 employees were standing around the RCS desk, with one employee behind the counter sitting eating her lunch while there were 4 customers waiting with a query regarding credit/Game cards etc. After 15 minutes of looking at the customers and eating, she finally decided to help. This was over and above music blaring from a sound system nearby despite another customer asking on of the other employees to turn the music down as we could not hear ourselves think. When we were fianlly helped and asked to see the manager, she was called over the intercom systme, but after a further 15 minutes of waiting, did not show. The unwillingness of staff to assist customers and attend to their queries at a large retailer such as Game is shocking and we will not be using this branch again in future.
