Hi There,

I am glad that Abel had such a good experience at the Brooklyn branch. Wish I could say the same for the Game at the Pavillion branch in Durban. I went in to receive my free helmet that came with the bike I had purchased during the festive season, they didn't have stock so was told to come in January.
I went to customer service desk at the front and there were 2 guys standing in front of the desk from Tevo Bissel chatting with the assistant sales manager Rikki Chetty. I asked to be assisted and the Bissel guy whose name is Devan told me rudely that I must go to the end of the store and look for the guy that works there. I then told him that he doesn't work for Game and that Rikki Chetty should assist me.! I couldn't believe my ears. he spoke so rudely to me I almost was in tears. He then gave me my receipt which I handed in and said I have to go find the other guy. I eventually went and found the guy that initially helped when I bought the bike and explained to him. He also went to the front desk and both Rikki and Devan continued their personal conversation and refused to help. After an hour my sales guy got me the helmet. Sad that Game Employs bad attitude people
