Not paying out the amount as agreement

On the 9th of October '13, I applied for a claim after being in a motor accident.
For a week they have no idea where my car is after they arranged it to be towed away. This was after they told me that it has already been assessed. Then they give me the run around because the other party and my affidavits do not match, only to find out later that the other party has already received his payout from his insurance.
I was informed via telephone and email that the excepted payout amount would be R94 000.00 after deductions. On the 12th November '13, I received a sms notification that R83 900.00 has been debited into my account.
This was a surprise to me, since this is not the amount as per the agreement.
After contacting them so that they can explain why there is a R10 100.00 difference short, they informed me that they made a human error and will not pay me a cent more, I must just except.
This whole claims process has been a human error and I will not just except. There has been no communication from their side, I had to contact them every time. I have already contacted Ombudsman and received legal advice from my firm. I will take this matter further if I need to.
