I was in a bumper bash in October 2013, Justin was the person dealing with my claim. He initially took a week to get back to me, after finally contacting me via email he said he would send me feedback on the 5 Nov which he did not.
I called King Price and asked to speak to the Claims Manager after i sent a email to ask for feedback on my claim, i was told he is busy and received a call from Justin later apologising for not contacting me. The last communication was that BMW panel beaters are full and there is no space available to take my car in. I tried contacting Justin last week Thursday 23 Jan 2014, with no response. I am tired of chasing after King Price to get answers after i am paying my premiums every month and King Price recovering the money from the third party that collided into me.
King Price service is below substandard i am the client not the other way around. I don't see why i have to run after you guys to get feedback or progress on my claim, I have gotten other quote from insurance companies and ready to move.
