Unauthorised bank charges&Private banker No Help

2 Months ago I realized that there is an amount debited from my account on a monthly basis for "Debt Protection Fee", as I did not sign/agree to this cover I spoke to my private banker (Vibeshan Chetty) and he stated that he will find out why this is being deducted from my account.

To date no feedback has been received!

I need proof of where I agreed to this cover and if there is no proof a full refund of ALL the debits. I would also like a reason why my Private Banker did not give me any feedback on this matter.
