Loss of private banker - no advice

I was contacted by ABSA for some documents. I put the woman in touch by mail with my private banker, as I had recently submitted same documents to Morningside Pvt branch.
Mails bounced back, I called to find that my private banker had left 2 months ago. No one informed me of this, nor was I informed of a reassignment of private banker.
I have been on hold for 5 minutes or more waiting to talk to some one about this, and my account. If this is how they are in private banking, I wonder how it is for less fortunate customers.
In fairness, when I recently financed a vehicle at the same branch, Mr Innocent Makabe was very good. Perhaps he could show the rest how to provide decent service.
