ABSA private bank useless

Despite several requests to my private banker to have my charges reversed and some debit orders reversed, I am constantly ignored. I have requested to Deol Van Zyl that my private banker Zain Sayed is replaced as he does not address my needs. this is now several weeks later and nothing this done. I am very unhappy with the service and will be moving banks soon.
