Who can help me?

A while ago I Paid off my personal loan which was handed over. Now I got an attorney to clear my name. The last time Yvonne Makhanya helped me to obtain this letter. Now the court have a problem with the time it was issued. I can't believe that a date can make such a fuzz. I need somebody to help me to get a letter with a recent date please. I emailed Yvonne Makhanya but with no success or any feedback. My attorneys (Hahn & Hahn) is now waiting apparently two months for this letter. Can somebody please help us?
