Dear ABSA, how can you harass people about payments and overdue accounts, when they have been retrenched AND the credit life they have on their accounts have already paid the accounts for 6 months - we are in our 3 month and already the client is overdue? What happened to the payment you have already received that should have covered for 6 months?
