In dec just before I went on leave I was retrenched, I have payment protection which I was forced to pay to cover me in the event that I was retrenched. I have been contacted twice now by call centre agents to ask when I will be paying my credit card after I submitted all the documents the required. Instead of getting your call centre agents to harass me maybe the manager of that department could get of his/ her backside and start doing their job that they actually get paid for. That is why I closed my cheque account and guess what, after I pay my credit card it will also be closed as Absa is USELESS.All I would like is feedback as to what I am to do and not your arrogant call centre agent to pester me.
