False Advertising and Incompetent Staff

I mistakenly thought it was easy to switch to FNB. 3 months later the nightmare of dealing with their incompetent staff continues. I've visited the branch at least 6 times and completed all the forms they requested. At one stage I was so fed up I asked them to cancel everything as I was prepared to walk away. I then received a phone call asking me to reconsider, which I unfortunately did. First week of October I again visited the Randburg branch and requested verbally that Azhar make sure the switching of debit orders would be effected. He assured me it would. I followed this up via email a week later and was told that Khumbulani Sithebe was busy with this. I emailed Khumbulani and was then advised by him on 31 October that I had to again complete the forms that I completed in September for the switching to happen. This after being told 6 weeks ago that it was under control. I emailed Azhar and his management to advise that this is unacceptable. I had to follow up for 2 weeks. Only to receive an email from Azhar advising that I have to complete the forms again. It has been 3 days and no adequate response from him or his management. Not acceptable. False advertising
