Credit Life - Useless

I have submitted claims on my Credit Life insurance (one is force to pay and have on accounts) on all my ABSA accounts on the 19th of August because I was retrenched end of July, ever since then I have received no feedback or any response and ABSA is still deducting my accounts - the debit orders are going to bounce from this month on. What else must one do to get some service?
