MFC doesnt want to update ITC Account Status

I paid up and settled my MFC account in October this year. But my account has not been updated on ITC.

I am unable to get finance on a new car/housing finance as my Credit Profile still shows that I owe MFC for the settled vehicle.

I have made countless calls without getting a proper response. This is really frustrating, i just got off a call with a consultant, who basically hang up the phone on me when i asked to talk to her supervisor after i made it clear i wasnt happy with her telling me it will take 3 months to update my account on the bureau, this after another agent kept me on hold 4 25mins. So this basically equates to MFC refusing to update my ITC record.

I have run out of options on what to do now.

Someone, anyone, please assist.
