ACCOUNT SETTLED IN 2011 & STILL NOT UPDATED

Please.. my husband bought his Mazda 3, YLZ583GP JM6BL10F1A0110802 MAZDA 3 BLUE 2009 29 Dec 2010 and was financed through MFC. We have traded in the vehicle in 2011 and also settled the account in full on the Mazda 3. The ITC status still reflects that we owe the full amount outstanding on the Mazda 3. i've tried to contact MFC and was transferred from the one agent to the other. I am very unhappy. I work for Tracker and we update client's status on ITC immediately after an account is paid in full/settled. We are in the process of buying a property and this is affecting our affordability.
