Year after settled - not updated on credit record

I settled my outstanding account with Edgars via SSDA a year ago. They promised a clearance certificate and to update the payment profile on my credit record. A year later it is still a negative payment profile on my record and no comeback on any of my emails. You were very good at responding whilst collecting, but now that I have done my part by paying, you fail to do yours for a year now. I would like to finally receive a clearance certificate and most importantly the update made to my payment profile.
