MFC does not want to update my ITC profile

I paid up and settled my MFC account in September this year. Although I received a paid up letter and copies of my Natis documents, my account has not been updated on ITC.

I am unable to get finance on a new car as my Credit Profile is still shows that I owe a large amount to MFC. MFC themselves have declined my application for a new car.

I have made many calls and sent countless emails without getting a proper response. This is really frustrating, I have since sold the car that I paid up but now I can't get another car because of car finance which I have settled but MFC refuses to update my ITC record.

I have run out of options on what to do now.

Someone, anyone, please assist. This is the second month that I don't have a car because MFC simply refuses to update my profile.
