Not Updating ITC after settlement

Please do not take any credit from Nedbank / MFC, it will cost you a lot of time money and frustration. To get the credit is easy but what happens after is the issue. These guys simply never update ITC when the account is settled and you will have to call them 50 times and beg them to do their Job. The problem is this will harm your credit record and will cause issues when credit is needed. I needed credit but because MFC has not updated a settled account for more then 6 months this has led to me having to sell of Assets. Not even going to mention the fact that they listed 1 Asset twice on ITC. Same bmw 135i with 2 different account numbers. So because of their stupidity I cannot get credit... Thank you Nedbank for screwing up my life properly.
