After having a geyser burst, 4 days on Discovery Insure hasn't pitched to assess the damages reported to them - despite saying they have appointed and are sanding some contractor to assess. they in fact Did not, did not even bother to update us, never cared. keep calling and leaving messages for the person responsible for my claim (who has never ever returned a single call or even responded to my email). when i call on 4th day, another guy tells me they are struggling to find a contractor to come to the address that is not even the correct address. when i say the correct adrs, its then that he says he is appointing... projects to come and assess. they seem to be quite messed up to me. Just far from what you'd expect from them. call center customer service leaves a lot to be desired. be careful!
