No feedback or returns on emails-claim no 142760

I was involved in an accident with one of your clients and made a 3rd party insurance claim through Discovery Insure. I was told to send through certain documentation of which I did. I do accept that the timing of sending that through was late December and that these departments would be closed.

I then proceeded to call in after sending an email to Amos of which I got no reply. I then pursued his manager Riaan Bossman and managed to have an assessor come out and assess the damage based on the quotation and claim I put it.

This is more than 3 weeks ago and I have not heard anything since. I have spoken to Mr Bossman and he said that they need to settle the clients' claim first and then mine.

Tried calling Mr Bossman all of Thursday and Friday and emailed as well with no luck
