I have had such bad service from discovery and their contractor Riverside Autobody. My car was submitted to discovery in May of this year for hail damage and some other superficial damage. I was told that it would be fixed within 30 days. I called in to ascertain the progress and was informed that they had not even started on my car and that I would be contacted as soon as possible. Two weeks later, I was still waiting for a call and had to call in repeatedley to both Discovery and their contractor. After returning my rental car and I was left stranded for months as a courtesy vehicle was not provided. I constantly had to call Riverside Autobodys to get any information and none of my calls to either were returned or followed up. My battery went flat eventualy because of 10 weeks without being started and that was an uphill battle on its own. I finaly recieved my car back on the 31/May, almost 3 months later, only to be informed that the repairs that I asked for were not even included in the claim and as a result I still have a cracked windscreen, damaged passenger door and chipped bumper, despite it being on the assesor's checklist. I regret my decision to join discovery insure.
