In my life I have never experienced this level of pathetic service, I had to take my car to the panel beater for M&F to come and assess the damages (after I have already supplied them with two quotes as they requested on the 3rd party claim), I have explained that if I leave my car there they have to commit to the appointment as I need my vehicle back the same day as I have no other means of transport. At 2:24 no one has yet pitched up to assess the Vehicle, you try to speak to someone with regards to the claim and the only answer that you get is sorry let us transfer you to the correct department. You hold for 10 min and no one answers, you phone again and the same thing happens. I will advise any one that is ever considering going over to Mutual and Federal to think twice, as the service level is pathetic. If I did not follow up with regards to the claim no one is getting back to you.
