BAD ATTITUDE /UNSATISFACTORY SERVICES

Coming from a branch Manager at the AFRICAN BANK branch in Industry, Bad attitude no response doesnt do follow ups,
im still awaiting for the branch to give me feedback on my loan i applied for on Saturday, i have signed a pre-argement and was told to wait 24-48 hours and still nothing, the HEAD OFFICE OF AFRICAN BANK is even worse they put me through 5 different departments and still didnt get any help, Today 14/11/2013 i called the Branch Manager and she says with no leadership qualitys that she doesnt even know what to say and she cannot help me and tells me to go ahead and lay a complaint shes doesnt even care???
