Great marketing Pathetic claim process

2nd time made contact again issue.
This time a claim lodged for hail damage, I got an SMS from unknown with address and different map. I arrived no goldenstar Had to find them on my internet as no answer SMS Arrived not goldenstar, just premises and only outsiurance there said can't help. Waited with another insure client guy pitches and says you here from discovery no greeting then after said can only go brakpan was false
Contacted the number escalated they are NEtassist and apparently contracted by discovery insure. Eventually spoke manager who promised to look into all problems and also escalate to discovery. Today called discovery as no emails no claim response etc kaboom two answered hasn't bothered to email details or feedback to date NOONE has contacted me Discovery nor assessing company Just silly SMS Claim 141112 CAn someone please now advise what was assessed and when repair!!! also when this pathetic process will be fixed. Not in line with competitors
