Pathetic customer Service from Discovery Insure

Absolutely pathetic service from both Discovery Insure and the contractor Egen when filing a claim for my gate motor. I was responded to when promised on two occasions out of the twelve in my multiple I had to contact either Discovery or Egen to try to get them to do what they had promised. My complaint letter which laid out exactly the issues I've had and my poor experience to date has not been responded to.

I was eventually contacted this morning to let me know that due to the fact that the issue was as a result of a corroded wire causing the battery to run flat, it was considered wear and tear and would not be paid out.

PATHETIC.

THREE WEEKS TO DO THIS?

I thought the last time I had to deal with Discovery Insure was bad, but this was absolutely atrocious. Seriously the worst Insurance company I've ever dealt with, and maybe the worst customer experience I've had in my life. They've just earned themselves a cancellation of my policy, and I'll be very vocal on social networks and within my circle of friends to never let themselves go anywhere near this joke of an insurance company.
