I went to FNB ATM in Midrand with my FNB Cheque card on the 31st Oct 13 7:00am. immediately when i insert my card inside a machine, before i enter my pin I received a message saying "R1500 withdrawn from NEDBANK". I tried to contact FNB with no luck then i rushed to the office and phone them but (Neliswa 0875759404) said i must fill a form and wait for their call from 7-14 working days. On the same day i went to The Boulder FNB in Midrand to report this and they failed to assist me but they gave me a bad attitude and told me that they dont deal with!!
I had R900 in my account, but i was shocked when R1500 successfully withdrawn, the worse part of it was my card was in FNB ATM by that time. I reported this incident on the same day and i phoned them to confirm the receipt of my report. No one contacted me from FNB till now. Today i phoned them and they said i have to wait NOTHER 20 WORKING DAYS!!! Fatima/Fazel 011 371 8607 said i must phone back on the 09th Dec to do the follow-up.
I am so disappointed because i believe that if the customer lock a call, he/she must be contacted, but FNB doesnt do that.
