My money withdrawn from Account

Iam reporting a case on behalf of my mother who is illeterate who was robbed her money. The case happened on the 23 October 2013 at FNB JABULANI Mall in Johannesburg. My sister went to withdraw money from my mother occount requested my mom who was unfortunately not well on the day. My sister inserted the card and it was swallowed by the machine. My sister immediately called my mom to come over inoder for her to get inside the bank and report the card. She stood by the machine where the card was swallowed until my mom arrived, abt 20mins. N

While my mom was on her way to the Mall and amount of R5, 000 reflected withdrawn on her incontact. But the card was still inside the machine.

The worse was when she got to the bank, she was told that another R5, 000 was also used as swipped service. But when she printed the statement it was not showing the swap R5, 000 and even the babk couldnt explain what happend. One staff member by the mane Nicholas was asked to assist her to fill in a form to lay a complain but he refused. Until I urged mom to go back and force him to complete that form for her. but they said it was for the 2nd R5, 000 not the one withdrawn..
