DELAYED Refund and LACK OF COMMUNICATION!

On the 3rd April 2013 I got my bank statement which reflected that money had been withdrawn on the 22nd and 23rd March of which I did not receive any notifications that money was withdrawn. My card has been with me all the time, and I was not near any of the places where the money was withdrawn. I spoke to the bank and they cancelled the card and said I will get feedback within 3 days - NOT! I went back and only then after waiting for an hour did I fill in a form and was told to be back in 10 working days and all will be resolved the! NOT!! 15 working days later and Im stil being told to wait another 5 days for investigations! Would love to know why we keep being told by the department that we'l be calledthen we're not. There's NEVER COMMUNICATION until we go ourselves and STILL GET TOLD TO WAIT! APPAULING SERVICE! Should WE be suffering because the bank's system is not secure!!??
