Inflated claims paid by Alex Forbes

I had requested invoices for 3 claims paid as this was nowhere close to what was replaced or fixed, this apparently is confidential I the insured may not see what was paid out on my policy. These inflated claim payments has affected my loss ratio, there is even a claim on their which I did not claim for. I would like my claims history corrected there was no burst geyser on the 24/05/12, the inflated amounts for the two claims must be justified or corrected. I queried the claims history that was incorrect in March it is still incorrect and each claim is inflated, the only ones not inflated are those that were paid directly to me? I still have not received a call from Trevor Steele or from Tracy Hand as promised, all your email addresses return and I confired this with your reception 3 times. Help please!
