Riana Durr is the claims manager at Alex Forbes Insurance. I was put through to her after requesting to deal with the manager instead of the agent assigned to my claim. I had two claims to process. Riana made the process so simple and everything got done efficiently and quick. She even went out of her way to assist me as I was not happy with the panel-beater I had chosen. Riana was really a gem to deal with.
