Its with the greates upset that I'm writing this report. You guys have let me down to a point where I will be taking both my vehicles away from you and find another insurance company who actually lives up to their promises. Your assessor said the damage to my bakkie is R19000, then you still deduct the excess which was payable by the guilty party... and now that I have to have my vehicle repaired, its going to cost R30000!

Why do I insure my vehicle at retail value and not book value? Who do think you are? You guys seriously take us normal people out here for fools, which sadly to you, we aren't!!! I got awesome service from your consultants, but I really think you need to up your standards with assessors who actually knows what they're talking about.

No thank you, I will spread the word of this "bending over backwards" is an epic fail...
