8 Days still Waiting 4 my Cheque Card Poor Service

I applied Monday or Tuesday 4 or 5th November 2013 in last week for a Cheque account over the telephone which were approved and i was told that ill recieve it within 4 - 7 working days by courier and i cant collect it at a Nedbank branch - (which i later found out that it is possible)..

Today which is day 8 ALREADY and NO CARD yet!!!

REALLY how long do i need to wait for this???
