I am currently with another bank and i was contacted by nedbank who convinced me why its better to bank with nedbank. but i must say i am disappointed with nedbank. i decided to apply for a cheque card and change banks. it has been more then a week since my card was delivered and i was told it will take 4 days to activate my account i am now waiting over a week for some one to contact me. i believe for a first impression of nedbank this is bad service! and i will definetly tell other people who want to bank with nedbank about my bad experience with nedbank. i am still waiting for my card to be activated not a single person has contacted me. they were so convincing in selling nedbank and telling me why they are better then my current bank but they left one major key point out which is they service and it . to wait almost two weeks for my card to be activated is disgusting. i rather stay with my current bank
