FNB promises but can't delive

I opened a personal bank account on 5 Nov on a smart device deal. Got acc nr guide to on-line banking & on line debit order switching in hours.2 days later an email advised as premier acc I qualify for a personal banker who will contact me. Today I followed up on smart device order when I was told that I have to switch debit orders and salary first. I did not receive a debit order switching form but on-line instruction. I transferred r500 to activate and tried to register for on-line banking. Acc nr was rejected. I phoned the premier acc service nr &spoke to someone who couldn't helpe because she failed to understand how I tried to register without a card- website has option for no card yet. She was not aware. She couldn't help me cause I have a personal banker (allegedly). This all happened at approx 11 am. I instructed no phone call by 13h30-I close account. Got a message that a Sandy phoned and left toll nr. Upset client, but you don't leave a direct line nr or try my cell phone? Dont ask for my cell? I returned the call at 2 and after holding for longer than 5 mins I left a message to contact me on my cell. Until now nothing. Clearly FNB has enough biz! I will also close my biz account
