I switched to FNB about 2 months ago upon switiching and recieving my cheque card the assistant cancelled my Savings card, so had to re order my card. I also applied for a smart device 3 weeks ago from today, and made numerous calls and queries asking bout delivery once it was approved. Today still no device and i have recievded the same feedback from premium banking about debit order switching which has already been done and communicated to FNB 4 times. I have even called to advise I am still receiving the the sms and this issue has been resolved. After a final attempt to resolve this issue today, I was told the exact same thing. I wil get back to you. I no longer want the smart device or to bank with FNB as their service is utterly appalling. They can see from the call log i have experienced the same issues but have still not resolved it. What is the point of online applications if nothing can get done properly, FNB has made numerous promises which I have experienced none of.
