FNB - not such an easy process

I recently applied online to switch to FNB. At first the process was very simple, an operator phoned me and took down all my details and things seemed quite easy. They even couriered my cards to me without any hassles. Then the problems started.
Firstly they took an entire month to switch my credit cards because someone forgot to send me the forms and this was only discovered after I phoned to check on the progress of my account.
Secondly, while switching my debit orders, one debit order of mine has gone off on my old account and my new account, even though I had phoned in to enquire about the debit order date being different to the normal date, but I was assured everything was in order... well clearly not!
I have also used the option on online banking where it gives you the option to contact the premier banker, to which I have still not gotten a reply. Thought I was supposed to get premier service?
I have spent hundreds of rands in airtime phoning various divisions in order to get all aspects of the switch right and I must say, if I had known this was going to be as much of a mission as it has been, I would have thought twice about switching. I expected better service from FNB?
