Close Prestige Account, no debit switch, no reply

I asked to do my debit order switching to my newly opened Prestige Account as part of the "Win your Nett Salary" promo. I have been waiting 4 months for Standard Bank to Contact me in this regard.

I want to close my account with immediate effect. How can I be expected to pay their ridiculous banking fees for months on end, whilst Standard Bank ignores me and neglects to do something which should have taken 1 or 2 days? 10 days ago I left another message on the Standard Bank Web Site to this effect. I received an email confirmation which said that my query would be tended to within 24 hours. THIS WAS 10 DAYS AGO.

You are not providing me with the service which I am paying you for. I do not think that it is unfair to demand a refund of my banking fees backdated to when my debit order switching was supposed to be done. After my last compliment to SBSA, I have been left disappointed and disgusted by the lack of basic service from you.

You have caused me massive inconvenience in opening a now-useless account. You have taken my money in return for no service whatsoever. You have prevented me from closing my other bank account, which is costing me even more. Just cancel it. I'm done.
