Messing up orders, no barcode stickers

Our cellar had 5 different orders that needed to go out, each neatly packed, wrapped, double checked, invoice and packing slip taped on. Each order was kept separate from the other to avoid confusion. We were out of barcode stickers and after the correspondent at Globeflight wasn't available, I emailed her and requested some, and also called the regular driver and asked him to bring some. But a completely different driver came WITHOUT the needed stickers, just wrote the waybill no's on the boxes and stacked all the orders together on the truck. Clients received mixed up orders, opened boxes, and stocked without any invoices or packing slips. Not a single order got delivered correctly! Our cellar had so much problems with all these wrong deliveries and Globeflight refused to take any responsibility. A week after that, a new order needed to be delivered, and after another phone call request for barcode stickers, this time with a proper ref no, didn't deliver the desired results either. The driver arrived without any stickers and our order left again without any waybill barcodes. This is the second time and we are sincerely hoping that this order will not be messed up.
