BREAKDOWN OF CALCULATIONS

My daughter had a motor vehicle accident with my car on the 24 March 2013. It took Outsturance 2 weeks to authorise the claim. As my daughter was not registered as the regular driver of my motor vehicle Outsurance want me to pay in an amount of approximately R 14 000.00 in back payments based on the amount of insurance that they would have charged for a driver under 25 compared to the amount I was paying in. I have no problem with this clause but I have, on no less than 5 written occassions, and numerous telephonic requests, asked Outsurance to furnish me, in writing, with a breakdown of how the amount is calculated as well as the date from which they are claiming the "back dated" insurance premiums from. I am getting rather desperate now as Outsurance require me to pay the R 14 000.00 odd directly to the Panel Beater and I wish to finalise this matter before the panel beaters finish with my car as they, naturally, will not release my car unless I pay the R 14 000.00 odd.
