Free knives... what a lie

Spar has been having a promotion going on that if you spend R50 or more you get a sticker and if you have enough stickers you can qualify for a prize, which is a choice of knives. Right I have accumulated enough stickers to qualify for two knives, I went to the Bluff superspar and requested said knives. I was refused my knives because my stickers are not from the same spar, now nowhere in the terms and conditions of this promotion does it state that all stickers are to be from the same Spar nor does it say that I have to collect my knives from the Spar in my area. I attempted to explain to the manager of the Bluff spar that the stickers are from all different spar stores and not from one specific spar so therefore according to this new term and condition I will never qualify for my knives, so in effect my 160 stickers which is roughly R8000 worth of groceries bought from spar is wasted and I should have just done my shopping from Pick `n Pay... Thank you spar for sweet f all.
