We had a tracker installed in our car. Call centre personnel were friendly, knowledgeable and spoke clearly. Audio quality was excellent.
Technician came to our office - very convenient!
We were reminded of the appointment via sms the day before and on the morning of the appointment. When the technician started running late, we were informed well before the appointment and given the option to re-schedule.
When I had a query about the install the next day, this was handled efficiently and without hedging.
