My debit order did not go off my account for 3 months, which you cant explain... I phoned after picking this up on my account to ask WHY my debit order is not running?? I made a manual payment immediately and thereafter I am being phoned every day to make a payment of more than a R1300 to "catch up"! Why was I never phoned in 3 months??? I followed up after YOU make a mistake with not debiting my account and now you harass me twice daily for the outstanding money. Tell me do you have a R1300 just waiting in one of your accounts to be used for someone else's negligence?? Then you ask me "don't I have a credit card"??? What is wrong with you?? Now you are charging me arrears interest and penalties for your mistake?? What will the Ombud say about this. You are a financial institution, are you not?? DO NOT get a Call Centre Agent to phone me! Where and how you train them is another story. DO NOT phone me before investigating this. If I have ONE more incompetent person phoning me I am taking further steps...
