Hi
Please can you settle and close this damm account. I am sick and tired of your shady business that everytime a deposit is made from me, gets committed. Its like a normal thing in your company as this happened twice. I complained 4 to 5 months ago and some lady with serious atitide tells me to fax documentation. I will NOT go through that process again as i communicated before the to close the account as it was settled. RCS has a serious problem with faud and i know the consultants are aware of this as they are quick to advise on exactly what to do. As a financial institution, this reflects bad on your name and the fais ombudsman will be notified.
