Good Morning Sihle,
Kindly provide feedback on the below complaint. Kindly advise me why an incorrect settlement amount was provided by your institution. Also provide me with information on who will be taking accountability for this error as it is unacceptable. Kindly advise if these 2 institutions liaise with each other when clients are settling a garnish (African Bank and Coombes Associates) because due to incompetence of your settlement department and no communication there is now a balance after 1 year. Also advise me why it took 1 year for these institutions to advise us that there was a balance on this account. I will be making contact with the Sheriff's department, Kempton court and the ombudsman if feedback is not given by close of business because payment stopped by my employer, so if there was a balance, this they should of been notified immediately and not 1 year later. If you are not in liberty to assist, kindly request that your manager gives me a call on 0727442709.
