I HAD VEHICLE ACCIDENT ON THE 27TH OCTOBER 2013 AND CLAIMED ON THE 28TH OCTOBER 2013, I WAS TOLD TOLD TO SUBMIT MY DETAILS AND I DID ALL THAT BUT TILL TODATE IM IN THE DARK AND THINGS ARE JUST DRAGGING BACKWARDS. I HAVE SUBMITTED EVERYTHING THEY WANTED INCLUDING PROOF OF PAYMENT. I HAVE TO CALL EVERYTIME TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY CLAIM OTHERWISE NO ONE BOTHERS TO LET ME KNOW. THE LAST TIME I CALLED I WAS TOLD MY CLAIM HAS BEEN FORWADED TO MANAGER TILL TODAY IM STILL WAITING FOR RESPONSE, I BEGGINING TO THINK IM INSURED WITH THE WRONG SERVICE PROVIDER. IN DIFFICULT TIMES AS THESE I HAVE BEEN JUST LEFT STRANDED SO I FIND THEM SO SO UNRELIABLE.
