On the 27 September we apply for a secondary card for my son at the Parkview branch.
I had to phone and phone the call centre and not JOY and even the lady at the branch told me she is also waiting... WHY it is almost a month and a half and NOTHING??? I think this is very bad service.. standardbank is doing nothing and we have to run up and down up and down and it seems I am running and the bank is SLEEPING!
