This is what i have requested from the bank/Fulufhelo:
"I have paid this bond already. & its closed. What i need is a letter that shows when (Date) the bond was fully paid and closed"
I wish Standardbank employees could read and follow simple requests like these - she never responds to my e-mails and i have to log another call & wait 3more turnaround days.
