WE CANCELLED THE BUILDING INSURANCE AT STANDARD BANK AND GOT INSURANCE FROM AUTO & GENERAL. THE BANK REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING: o limited or full Subsidence and Landslip cover- cover required should the property gets damage due to movement of the land.
o the interest of Standard Bank- Standard Bank to be noted as the bond holder. Though the bond is paid up, it is still open on our and based on the condition of the bond our interest must be noted. This will only fall away once the bond is completely cancelled.
I'VE BEEN ASKING 2 WEEKS NOW THAT SOMEONE JUST GET IN CONTACT WITH ME BUT ALL MY MAILS ARE IGNORED.
