Standard Bank should be last option for home loan

Do not do anything with this bank.
I had endless head aches with this bank. Got a 104% bond with the help of my dad. 2 or 3 months after my bond repayments started I deposited R150 000 into my bond.
First problem I had was zero assistance with applying for access bond and this month my repayment was a day late. One day after the debit order was supposed to go off and it did not go through cause my rental income was late. I called them the day after and transfer the money from my soon to be closed standard bank account. One day late and my dad got issued with a letter.
