Best Service I have ever got From STD Bank

Good day,

I just visited a standard bank branch in Southdale Mall (Booysens) to deposit money to my Mom. I was directed to be assisted by Lizaine, she suggested that i can deposit using ATM and she mentioned the different charges and how cheaper it is to do that on the ATM. Since i do not bank with STD bank, i did not know about that option to do the deposits at the ATM.

What impressed me most is that she left her working space, took me to where the ATMS were, queue with me until we reached the ATM, took me step by step explaining the whole process and printed a receipt to show that the deposit

As much as there was queue for deposits inside the branch, she acknowledged me as a customer and assisted me throughout the process.

She made my day and thats to me is GREAT SERVICE.plus I have to commend that branch, they have great customer service.
